Terms And Conditions  
Rates include: Rates exclude:
  • Damage Waiver as per Schedule
  • Theft Waiver as per Schedule
  • Vat as per Rate Schedule
  • 300 Km’s Free Per day on Commercial Vehicles
  • Fuel
  • Optional equipment (i.e. shelving - R10.00 per seat, per rental)
  • Contract fee of R50.00
  • Delivery fee of R120.00 per trip (conditions apply)
  • Collection fee of R120.00 per trip (conditions apply)
  • After hours deliveries and collections are available on request only at an additional fee
  • Traffic Fine Handling Fee of R225.00
  • Claim Handling Fee of R550.00
  • Water and under-carriage damage to vehicles is not covered by insurance
  • Windscreen, tyre, rim and hubcap damage is not covered by insurance
  • Insurance will be charged on Pre-Delivery and Down Days
  • Returns are to be done by 08h00 in season and 10h00 off season. Failure to do so will result in a half day's usage being charged.
  • Clients are to ensure that any 3rd party has offloaded vehicles prior to the stipulated season and off-season time. Failure to do so will result in a half day's usage being charged.
